Thank you for your comment. I’m sorry if you have had a bad experience with the app. This was not a sponsored review in anyway. I actually started using it for personal use and decided to write about it because I didn’t realize how much this improved my personal library experience. I have had a few issues, but nothing major and I do still recommend it to others. I hope that your experience is able to get better over time.

They gave me over 150$ in rewards money I went and bought a 100$ head set. Then I returned it becuz it was broken. So I Upgraded my headset to a 180$ that was on sale with extra fees taking off making it 139$ I also got a few extra things but i paid cash for some.. 57$ lady says I owe. so I used my visa bestbuy card for point. I go to pay my visa bill and find out that the 57$ bill i used my card for tunred out to be roughly 240$ I owed on the card from that purchase. I call bestbuy they say it was a error on their part forgot to reapply the rewards money towrds my bill and we will send it to visa card 10 business days. I waited over 2 weeks called bestbuy again after long covo with upper management they say no worry we are going to pay the whole 240$ bill. I said no shit. I just want whats owed. But Damn ok thanks I asked for them to send it to my bank account, they said ok. 10 business days. I waited almost a month called then I called to find out they sent me some dispute shit in email. Decides that they aren’t going to pay any of it. I’m wrong hung up on me more 3 different times. Tried to convince me my math isn’t right. Said I used my 100 reward money back in January. But the thing is I had two 100$ reward certs. I show them the certs emails pictures of recite, rewards. And the duche bag calls me a Liar… I’m so mad right now I’ve never in my life ever been treated like this from any stores. Over a meesly 140$ in the promotion they’re peddeling. Keep in mind I’ve spent over 4000$ in lest then a year.

Hi there – Even though my main setup included Apple laptops, I did also test it with a Mini PC — ACE Magician AMR5 Mini PC. I didn’t have any issues with that particular PC.

You should test this on a Windows PC. Docking stations designed for Macs have been very iffy on PCs in my experience.

I was reviewing my rewards history and found out that my purchases since March have 0 points so I started googling trying to figure out if it’s a glitch and figured out the policy change that happened. I like the flexibility of using a different card and still getting points and I don’t mind getting less but I like the simplicity of having less cards do deal with. Well, it looks like I won’t be shopping at bestbuy anymore and would just go to amazon.
